Unfortunately, internet browsers doesn't allow to access local mp3 files on your harddrive :/
To mix your mp3 files, use PartyCloud Desktop which is a desktop app you install on your computer.
Besides PartyCloud Desktop allows to save your mix, analyze all Soundcloud and be used offline.
